From scattered tools to one system — with AI agents doing the busywork
Three connected practices for growing businesses. Each one can stand alone, and they work best together.
Software Transformation
We replace spreadsheets, chat-group workflows and ageing systems with software built around how your business actually runs.
Problems we solve
- Orders, stock or customer data live in spreadsheets that only one person fully understands
- Work is handed off in chat groups and gets lost, duplicated or forgotten
- Several tools that don't talk to each other, so staff retype the same data
- An old system that is slow, hard to change and risky to touch
What you get
- Web and mobile apps or internal tools, in production
- Integrations with the accounting, sales and messaging tools you keep
- Data migrated and cleaned from your existing files and systems
- Source code, documentation and admin training
Typical phases
- Discovery
- 1–2 weeks
- Design & prototype
- 2–3 weeks
- Build in releases
- 6–16 weeks
- Launch & handover
- 1–2 weeks
Durations are typical ranges, scoped per engagement.
Typical stack
- React
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- PostgreSQL
- Cloudflare
- AWS
How to engage
- Fixed-scope project
- Dedicated team
A fixed-scope project suits a defined system; a dedicated team suits a longer roadmap.
Common questions
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. We usually start with the workflow that costs you the most time, ship it, and extend from there. Your existing tools keep running until the new system is ready to take over.
Who owns the code?
You do. On delivery you receive the source code, documentation and access to every account the system runs on.
Can you work with the software we already pay for?
Usually, yes. If a tool has an API or a reliable export, we integrate with it rather than rebuild it.
What happens after launch?
Every project includes a warranty period. After that, you can move to a support plan, keep a dedicated team, or run the system yourselves.
AI Agents
We build AI agents that take on repetitive work — reading documents, answering routine questions, drafting follow-ups — with a person approving what matters.
Problems we solve
- Staff spend hours typing data from invoices, receipts and forms
- The same customer questions arrive every day across chat and email
- Sales leads go cold because follow-ups depend on someone remembering
- Answers to internal questions are buried in documents nobody can find
What you get
- AI agents connected to your systems, with human-approval steps
- Document extraction pipelines for invoices, receipts and forms
- Knowledge assistants that answer from your own documents, with sources
- An admin view to review, correct and audit what agents do
Typical phases
- Use-case discovery
- 1–2 weeks
- Pilot on real data
- 3–6 weeks
- Production rollout
- 4–8 weeks
- Monitoring & tuning
- ongoing
Durations are typical ranges, scoped per engagement.
Typical stack
- LLM APIs
- Retrieval (RAG)
- Vector search
- OCR
- Python
- Node.js
How to engage
- Fixed-scope project
- Dedicated team
Most agents start as a fixed-scope pilot, then move to production with a small ongoing team.
Common questions
Will the agent act without anyone checking?
Only where you decide it should. We design approval steps for anything that touches money, customers or records, and every action is logged.
Is our data used to train public AI models?
We choose providers and settings that do not train on your data, and we explain exactly where your data goes before anything is built.
Can the agent work with Zalo?
Yes. We build agents that integrate with Zalo Official Account, as well as web chat and email.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We test on your real documents during the pilot, set confidence thresholds, and route uncertain cases to a person instead of guessing.
Solution Advisory
Before you spend on software or AI, we help you work out what to build, what to buy, and in what order.
Problems we solve
- You know something needs to change but not which tool or system to choose
- Vendor proposals are hard to compare and harder to trust
- A previous software project ran over budget or never got used
- AI looks promising but you are unsure where it would actually help
What you get
- A current-state map of your workflows, tools and data
- Build-versus-buy recommendations with trade-offs spelled out
- A phased roadmap with a cost range for each phase
- Independent technical reviews of vendor proposals
Typical phases
- Interviews & workflow mapping
- 1–2 weeks
- Options & recommendations
- 1–2 weeks
- Roadmap & handover
- 1 week
Durations are typical ranges, scoped per engagement.
Typical stack
- Workflow mapping
- Architecture review
- Vendor evaluation
- Roadmapping
How to engage
- Fixed-scope project
- Advisory retainer
Run it as a one-off assessment, or keep us on retainer as your technical second opinion.
Common questions
Do we have to hire Nixdash to build what you recommend?
No. The roadmap is yours. If an off-the-shelf tool or another vendor is the better fit, we will say so.
Who takes part from our side?
The owner or a manager who can make decisions, plus the people who do the work day to day. We keep interviews short.
What do we get at the end?
A written blueprint and roadmap you can act on, reviewed with you in a working session.
Three ways to work with us
Start with whichever fits today. Many clients begin with advisory and move into a project.
Fixed-scope project
A clearly defined outcome, an agreed scope and price, delivered in milestones you sign off one by one.
Best for: A specific system or agent with requirements you can describe up front.
- Written scope and acceptance criteria
- Milestone demos and sign-off
- Warranty period after launch
Dedicated team
A small cross-functional team that works as an extension of yours, with a shared backlog and a steady monthly rhythm.
Best for: Ongoing product work or a roadmap that will change as you learn.
- Engineers, QA and a delivery lead sized to your roadmap
- Sprint planning and reviews with your team
- Flexible scope; you reprioritise as needed
Advisory retainer
Senior guidance on a regular cadence: solution choices, vendor reviews, architecture and roadmap decisions.
Best for: Owners and managers who need a technical second opinion before they commit budget.
- Regular working sessions
- Written recommendations you can act on
- Vendor, tool and proposal reviews

Tell us where the work gets stuck. We will tell you honestly what we would build first — or whether you need to build anything at all.
