Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we store:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name, if you give one
• your message
• the date and time you sent it
• your browser's user-agent string (the browser and operating system it reports)
• a keyed hash of your network (IP) address — we do not store the IP address itself

Why we collect it

To read your message and reply to you. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.

The hash of your network address lets us limit repeated submissions from the same connection. Together with the user-agent string, it also helps us investigate abuse of the form.

Where it is stored and who processes it

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare also hosts this website and protects the form from spam.

A notification with your message is delivered to our inbox, contact@nixdash.com, which is hosted on Lark Mail.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for 24 months, then delete them automatically. If we start working together, related correspondence is kept as part of that engagement.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@nixdash.com. We will confirm once it is done.
